As a tourist destination, Tunisia is one of the most interesting destinations on the Mediterranean. It is a land of contrasts where mile-long deserts meet endless sandy beaches. Modern culture lives side by side with, to say the least, exotic environments. There are fine and exciting hunting grounds here for wild boar drive hunting. Miles of forest areas interspersed between steep cliffs, ravines and rugged cliffs, winding valleys and wooded ravines. This gives the hunt an excitement and content that we can hardly experience anywhere else.

In Tunisia, hunting is done with shotguns and slugs, a good combination in the hands of a good shooter. Shotguns and slugs are surprisingly effective for pig hunting and the accuracy up to 60 meters. Hunting season from mid-October to the end of January. Your accommodation will be in a five-star hotel and you will live in a single room. The hotel is located about an hour’s drive from Tunis airport. The distance to the hunting areas varies between 10 km and 110 km. You travel in 4WD cars (Landcruiser 64) during the hunt. The hunting areas are divided into ¨Forestrys¨ where the hunting officer not only manages the forest but is also responsible for the game, its growth and development. The game is carefully cared for and care is taken to maintain an appropriately hard hunting pressure. Between 11-15 drivers are included and there is access to approx. 30 dogs. During a hunting day, about 10 dogs participate. The hunting day begins with a wake-up call around 5.30-6.00 and a simple breakfast. During the journey out to the hunting council – or upon arrival – a little more food is served. Dinner is taken at the hotel in the evening.
